Cancellation Policy

General Cancellation Policy (For Move-Outs & Office Cleaning) Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that unexpected changes can occur. To ensure our team's schedule is not disrupted, we kindly ask for a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations: If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 10% of the service cost will be charged. No-Shows: If our team arrives at the scheduled location and is unable to gain access or the appointment is canceled upon arrival, you will be charged the full price of the service. Your understanding is greatly appreciated as this policy allows us to manage our team's time effectively and continue providing the highest quality of service to all our clients. Airbnb & Vacation Rental Cancellation Policy Turnover Scheduling & Cancellation Policy We understand that the nature of vacation rentals means schedules can change quickly. We work closely with our hosts to provide a seamless and flexible turnover service. Cancellations: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling requests.
