Our Transparent Pricing: Base Price: $149 - For a standard turnover of a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom property + $40 for each additional bedroom. + $25 for each additional bathroom. What's Included in Your Turnover: Bedrooms: Making beds with fresh linens, dusting, vacuuming/mopping floors. Bathrooms: Deep sanitization of showers, toilets, & sinks; restocking towels & essentials; mirror cleaning. Kitchen: Cleaning countertops, appliance exteriors, sink, and sweeping/mopping the floor. Living Areas: Dusting all surfaces, vacuuming upholstery (if needed), vacuuming and mopping floors. Trash: Removal of all trash from the property. Schedule Your Cleaning: Booking is easy! Use our online scheduler to select your property's check-out/check-in time. Please ensure we have a 4-5 hour window between guests to guarantee our best service. Note: Pricing is for a standard cleaning. Cancellation Policy
General Cancellation Policy (For Move-Outs & Office Cleaning) Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that unexpected changes can occur. To ensure our team's schedule is not disrupted, we kindly ask for a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations: If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 10% of the service cost will be charged. No-Shows: If our team arrives at the scheduled location and is unable to gain access or the appointment is canceled upon arrival, you will be charged the full price of the service. Your understanding is greatly appreciated as this policy allows us to manage our team's time effectively and continue providing the highest quality of service to all our clients.
